Innovations are not miracles that simply happen. Behind every realisable,
useful innovation is a systematic process. Networks are created,
in which specialists of all disciplines can exchange information.
Fields of innovation are identified, evaluated and selected to ensure
the company’s future. The innovation strategy provides guidelines
for coordinating the actions of all those involved on the road to
            achieving the innovation goals.

 | | Unfortunately, when
an innovation strategy is being developed contents and tasks cannot
always be precisely determined in advance, and that’s where
innovation management comes in – Project management and methods
need to be able to adapt to uncertainty. Take advantage of our experiences
in the organisation and management of innovations. | | | | Please contact us at: Dr. Carl Pawlowsky
