Tereza Sommerfeld worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Co. and the HayGroup. She advised Fortune 500 companies in Europe and the US in the fields of strategy and leadership. Concerning these topics she also developed and presented international training programs for top and middle management.

Mrs Sommerfeld holds a degree in busissness administration and is also an attorney at law.
Her areas of interest are methods of strategy- and leadership– development as well as overcoming innovation barriers. Additionally she supports companies entering the Czech market. |
