Thierry Hittinger studied Business Administration at the French university “Art et Métiers” before starting his German-French career.
From 1979 until 1990 he gained first technological and business experience at the French companies of REHAU AG.
That followed he accompanied the setup of the welded-steel-tubing division at ArcelorMittal in Germany and France between 1990 and 2002. There he was responsible for organization implementations, market launches, process optimizations and integration as sales manager, director and CFO. |

Starting in 2002 he significantly influenced the turnaround of the privat-equity-financed Beissbarth Automotive Group GmbH in Munich as Vice President of the group and director/president of German and foreign companies. After a successful turnaround the company could be sold to a fund in 2005.
In 2006 Thierry Hittinger founded a consultancy focusing on M&A, financing, strategic consulting and turnaround management. |
